The WTC could not have functioned without the cleaning staff and without them the "little Eichmanns" could not have done their Eichmanning. Logically, therefore, they are enablers and "littler Eichmanns." The only non-Eichmanns in the building, by this logic, would have been hypothetical thieves who had snuck in or homeless people sleping in the basement.
Since Churchill pays taxes, presumably, that go toward the US military budget, he's an Eichmann too.
I don't hav an opinion on the Churchill thing beyond the increasing belief that he is a dick.
