Clear to whom? According to this idea my SO, who has not filled out any paperwork stating her wishes, should be kept alive if her Xtian fundy brother said he would accept responsibility in spite of the fact that she has stated numerous times to family and friends that she would not want to be kept alive in a vegetative state. If this wasn't such a tragically stupid idea it would be funny.

I'll take the wager. Although I don't know how I'll collect. Who cares if people expressing any opinion in this case have children or not. That has zero to do with the facts of the case.
