Don't forget that there is the problem that many laser printers have in 
properly kerning pdfs.  Others may know a good fix.  I use a cheap but 
effective pdf-to-word converter ($20).  (BTW for those with vision, reading 
or similar medical limits the kearning issue and other PDF shortcomings are 
quite real.)
