This is too vague to be useful. Sure, the shadow.

This is not an example of both sides being right. Since the first statement is clearly false.

I have not read Dworkin, but I have met many men and women who take extreme/absolute positions extrapolated from personal experience. Their reaction may be understandable, but it is not "right."
