A few days ago, I forwarded a new The Nation advertisement of the Greenwald's Wal mart documentary to a couple of people I know, and here is what I got in response:
> People on the left sure love to get noble and
> self-righteous, especially when it only involves how
> other people act.
>
> My friend Aaron worked as the office manager for
> Robert Greenwald's production company when they were
> doing their documentary on FOX news, and he got paid
> almost nothing, and had to quit after being denied
> promised raises. His staff got paid even less, most
> of them being unpaid interns. Greenwald is a
> millionaire television producer that puts practically
> none of his own money into his projects, and just
> expects others to donate to his noble causes. Lot of
> preaching, not a lot of practicing. He may be a nice
> guy and make good documentaries, but don't be tricked
> into donating or volountereering for someone that can
> really afford to go without it.
