[lbo-talk] executive pay question

I was reading recently (in Modern Healthcare's executive compensation
survey, actually) that because of the new accounting rules that require
stock options to be counted as an expense, stock options are now declining
as a percentage of the "long-term incentives" component of executive pay.
Any word on what's replacing them?
