Hmm, I don't think I've ever said anything favorable about Texas in my life, 
so I would not say it's accurate to infer lack of comment as signifying lack 
of concern.  AFAIC, Texas is a state of mind that should be classified in 
the APA Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
