Was it Zimbardo (the Stanford Prison Study guy) who said that if delusions
are shared by a sufficient number of people, they become an ideology
protected by constitutional right to free speech?

PS.  I would extend that diagnosis to America - for many, it is not just a
country, but a religion and a delusional state of mind.
