Michael's article was among the easiest to edit. I love authors who can write (having dealt with those who can't . . . )! The hardest part was book cover images. Since Monthly Review can't pay authors (I hope this doesn't discourage those who are thinking of contributing), I try to at least promote their work, using book cover images as image links to bookstores or publishers and doing things like that. Even just counting the most recent books, though, you all know Michael got so many!
