yeah, but they are waiting for months on end for treatment, at the govt run general hospitals. i guess they need an ever third-worlder country (or perhaps they already are a third-world within the third-world, as my friend from bihar used to joke), recently enjoying the wonders of capitalism, where they can get treated. its like the turtles... capitalism all the way down...
