Query: Does anyone suppose that there's still an operating print shop around Baghdad with the the vinyl sticker paper to make this "stuff", or was it all flown over on C-5As and paid for on DoD's tab?

Iraq stumbles over constitution, with two key issues unresolved

IRAQ'S parliament last night agreed to a seven-day extension for leaders to complete a draft constitution after politicians failed to meet a deadline for agreement on the charter. Parliament adjourned after voting to extend the deadline until 22 August, acting on a request from Kurdish leaders for more time.
While Shiite, Sunni and Kurdish framers of the charter reached a tentative deal yesterday, resolving issues ranging from oil revenues to the country's name, they put off decision on the most contentious questions - including federalism, women's rights, the role of Islam and possible Kurdish autonomy. <More>
