Oh, don't you worry. It's like what a partner here said where I mentioned that the only piece of Bush admin legislation I semi-approved of was the revision of the Fed. Rules of Civil Procedure to put more class actions in federal court. (This is heresy in these circles, but the fact of the matter is that federal judges are the ones with tyhe competence to run these cases and the inclination to run thema ccording to the law.) But, I said, I wondered if thatw ould mean less business for the firm, because the plaintiff's bar would be less likely to sue on chancy cases. Oh never you mind, he said, now we will litigate about whether a cases goes in state or fedseral court.
