Here in MD the level of oxygen contents varies seasonally - but I am not sure whether it is higher in the winter than in the summer or the other way around.
Another thought - $3 per gallon sounds better and better, but I read that we need $5 or more to make a dent in this wasteful gasoline powered life style.
