Anyway, television was showing some air marshalls explaining their job. It seemed sort of scary because he was describing sizing up everyone walking on board, noting men with crew cuts or NYPD shirts as potential allies on the anticipated occasion of a fight, and how he believes he has seen terrorists rehearsing on his flights, and it also showed rehearsals of springing into action with a gas mask and gun. But so far he just has searched the bathrooms when someone was taking a long time in there. I consider a housemate who was a security guard at Safeway. There are actually a lot of dynamics to catching shoplifters which could keep you interested in your work, because there is the strong risk of being wrong, and deciding who to watch, and not having them see you, and then confronting them. This plane job is probably more like boring night security where nothing happens, although stewards probably get worn down too.
