[lbo-talk] Hustling the Left

OH great. here we go again: characterization of our positions as positions we haven't carefully thought through, given our commitment to leftish thought.

that's what was annoying about chip's comment, aside from it's subtle sexism. on one hand, some people like to claim we paint everyone as prudes and that poisons the wells. have you ever noticed that, sometimes, it's the shock and horror of the response to those of us who don't toe the party line on this issue that poisons the wells at about the same time?

and if Hustler called me tomorrow for a spot writing for them? I would in a flash.

don't bother trying to even have a discussion with me here unless you go to the blog and _read_ what i have to say on the topic. the endless misrepresentation, the endless refusal to actually read the texts of your interlocutor? it's asshattery of the first water.

"Scream-of-consciousness prose stylings, peppered with sociological observations, political ruminations, and in-yore-face colloquial assaults."
