That is immaterial, because even if they do not, the European Convention on
Human Rights, Art 14,  prohibits it
(http://www.hri.org/docs/ECHR50.html#C.Art14 ).The case thus can be taken to
the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.  

Whether ECHR would agree or not is one thing, but it would certainly help
the case if the claimed discrimination threatens the white male part of the
population.
