At the risk of putting to fine a point on the matter (and also not to deny that the execrable O'Reilly is not unaware how many of his listeners/viewers might act despite what he says), O'Reilly himself has several times said that he does not urge or even recommend that Churchill be fired (focusing his criticism instead, he has said, on others than Churchill's employer - here, Hamilton College - who would "reward" Churchill by paying him to speak there).
