This is total BS. Churchill doesn't rely on Thornton's "American Indian Holocaust and Survival" for information on the blanket incident but rather relies on Evan Connell's 'Son of the Morning Star". Churchill only cites Thornton for population data. This guy is either stupid or a liar; probably both.
