Bush's approval rating is 27% in NYC, on Quinnipiac's latest reading; 
68% disapprove <http://www.quinnipiac.edu/x11370.xml?ReleaseID=640>. 
Statewide in New York it's 38/58 
<http://www.quinnipiac.edu/x11373.xml?ReleaseID=648>. That means his 
approval in NYS outside NYC is somewhere in the high 40s.

On the Iraq war, a poll taken last September shows the following 
breakdowns on "right thing/wrong thing"

New York City    30/62
NYC suburbs      45/51
Upstate          51/44

   urban          38/52

   other          54/41

In New Jersey, home to many WTC victims, the right thing/wrong thing 
breakdown last September was 40/55.

Pennsylvania, same time: 47/47.
