You should have filed in Massachusetts as I did - no fault, over the mail
and the court cost was about $150 if memory serves.  You could do it if one
of the following obtains: (i) you were married in MA, (ii) you lived in MA
when the breakdown occurred, or (iii) one of the petitioners resides in MA.
Item (ii) is not difficult to claim if both sides can testify to it.
