Doug's probably using Eudora's search tool which let's you seach by sender and by a specific phrase in the body, the subject line, to To: line, the headers, whatever. It can be case sensitive and it can search only for Nader, weeding out 'greensfornader'

As an e-mail archivist myself, I could do the same, and I love Eudora for this fab tool!

what are you talking about? how exactly am I involved in anything _substantive_ here other than to object to the way you portrayed Doug as pummelling nader and his supporters.
