Speaking of a boy warrior who sees a war movie and thinks he has experienced war, that pretty much sums up Brooks himself. Fuck you with a stick. That's my response to Brooks.

He was spinning hard and fast Friday on the NewsHour to extract the Bush administration from yet another monumentally revealing and appalling failure to understand or act. Brooks is writing and talking fast to hide a repugnant mental paralysis highly reminiscent of this administration's first reactions to 9/11.

God, please, please, please rid us of these loathsome fools.

So Brook's cover for Bush's stunned indifference? Blame the UN. Blame the environmentalist. Yeah, that's the problem, Brooksey. The nature lovers did it.
