Woj asked:
> What is process of (s)electing the chairman of the
Democratic National Committee?
1) First they resign from the Republican Parthy.
2) They enter their local pageant, and if they win . . .
3) They enter their state pageant, and if they win . . .
4) They go on to the national finals.
At the finals they compete in:
1) Talent: The have to prove that they can talk out of both sides of their mouth and not mean anything they say.
2) Poise: They have to demonstrate the ability to remain indifferent to any and all progressive pleas.
3) Personal Platform: They have to demonstrate how their approach will succeed in mimicking the Republican's without being obviously derivative.
N.B. They have eliminated the swimwear competition since so many candidates have knobby knees.
Then the least likely to get anything done is selected by acclamation.
Hope this helps.
