Since W is out in the public sphere holding his rigged home-town down-home talks about Social Security it would also help for people to write op-eds, write letters to the editor that present a realistic view of what is happening and send these to newspapers all over the country. Not all Republicans favor his plan, especially the part about cutting future retirees' benefits in addition to diverting funds into personal stock market accounts.
SocialSecurityNow at yahoogroups.com is leading the way on the letter writing front but we need op-eds too.
