Francis Wheen has offered us a 'Marx' the seer, a man who accurately foresaw 
the future course of capitalist development (the consequence, of course, of 
his concept of capital.) 

Marx the revolutionist is absent.  Das Kapital's powerful indictment of 
capitalism inherent contradictions(ch 1), bloody birth and its need to 
constantly absorb more surplus labour from the working class in the search 
for profits - oh dear, not sexy at all! 

But I bet 10 out of 10 who voted for Marx know those things!
