we're already in real trouble. you can't get an abortion in 80% of the country already, not to mention rising health care costs.... the simple notion of freedom of choice doesn't get most people squat in the u.s. in 2005. the supreme court is a bullshit institution, used by the executive branch to inflame temperament through propaganda. the working class has no rights that the bourgeoisie need respect. it should be abolished.
