Can your god(s) interact with the Universe in Supernatural ways, i.e., beyond natural (scientific) explanation by definition (and not just a specific limitation in human scientific knowledge). E.g., can (s)he speak through burning bushes or not?

The Deist god doesn't interact with the Universe at all, which is no different than not existing. The Christian one sure claims to, and in ways that its supporters claim is outside of the realm of science (if it was via natural processes, then it is just a more advanced alien).
