So what's it about? The spreading of freedom and democracy, PNAC, 
Oil, or all of the above?

That Unocal has been pushing for.... and working with, whoever can 
talks the talk that they can walk the walk, is no myth. That's on 
paper and admitted to. It just hasn't been deemed "news-worthy".
