Once a PDF is out, it can go anywhere, and will. So I'm really not very fond of that idea, I'm sorry to say. And a preview/summary of a 32-page piece is practically giving it away.
Wall Street is now out of stock at Verso, and they don't want to reprint it. I'm trying to decide what to do with it. Updating it would me a major project. I'm thinking of putting up an Acrobat version on the web, maybe for a modest download fee. Any advice on what to do with it would be welcome.
