[lbo-talk] Question concerning Letters of Credit

Any one here familiar with a financial instrument called a Letter of Credit and how it works? If 
you know something about these please contact me off-list. I read a bit of information from my 
bank about it but I think I'm more confused after reading it than I was before. Thanks.
