The situation was/is ugly, not the remark, which as the impeachment showed was nothing more than the simple truth. And I'd say that Counterpunch and Cockburn are pretty good on unfashionable victims -- e.g., his recent references there to Wypijewski's reporting on the Shanley case. --CGE
