I'm sort of confused too.
Personally, I get sort of emotional about tens of thousands of dead Iraqis.
Death row prisoners that never had a chance.
Prozac'd Native American kids that can't handle the hypocrisy anymore and shoot up the place...
and his elders too...
I feel tragedy everyday... It's all around.
We all feel it.
But the burning question is "Why, SPECIFICALLY, Terri Schiavo?"
What's the agenda? Or is it just a purely personal emotional attachment?

Show me evidence Kevorkian believes euthanizing cripples against their will is one of his beliefs. I don't claim to know much about him but I'm not going to accept the above statement without proof.
