Travus T. Hipp brought that up one morning in his commentary.

My understanding(not much) is Bills of Attainder are *punitive* laws that apply to one specific person... In a perverse way, that WOULD be the effect on Terri Schiavo, so perhaps it may be a philosophically relevant issue, but I haven't followed the constitutional ins and outs of it, as I consider most of the politicians in government today would be considered treasonous by the people that hammered together the constitution, anyway...
