awesome! could you also include "bad quoting"? (i.e., failure to clearly
indicate quoted text that one is responding to. charles brown should go
down on that one ;-)).

hey no fair! people who post entire articles from other sources have a
higher S/N ratio than me! you should normalise the data against "Re:" in
the subject! ;-)
