Yeah. The interpretation part is fine if you're working on a text. If you're doing therapy, it's about a very powerful emotional experience. I spent years analyzing myself, with dubious success. But spending five years with a shrink was an entirely different ball of wax. Made me a happier and better person, I'd say. Hell, I don't even flame Jerry Levy anymore.
