Example. Loooong tome against the New Left, "The Conflict of Generations, " by Lewis Feuer (who had been on the Old Left, before going ballistic over the FSM @ UCB with it's, "Castroites, Maoists and Beatniks, " (quoting from a New Leader piece of his vs. one of his students, Mario Savio), that reduced the New Left to an Oedipal conflict by in Bruno Bettelheim's words, "rich, spoiled brats."
