That makes me wonder too. Either the people who attack civilian Iraqi targets are so stupid that they do not mind shooting their own foot, or

else they are the "astro-turf" movement created and controlled by the US puppet masters to discredit the actual insurgency. I vote the latter.

My guess is that Iraqi national unity is not as deep as religious/ethnic division--sort of like that "Y" country which used to exist. Division will make whatever "I" becomes easier to rule.

I hope I'm wrong.
