Is it possible that female orgasm and male nipples come from the same
source, i.e., that males and females are basically the same type of
critter but that the extra X chromosome or the substitute Y chromosome
triggers various developments that make us differ?

BTW, I'm told that male nipples can produce milk, with proper stimulation.
