I've spent many hours talking to Indian call-center workers and have never
failed to be impressed by their limitless patience and politeness. They
extend a level of courtesy that I never experience from fellow Americans. I
am ever more pissed off by the rickety Microsoft software that necessitates
these calls, but I must say I always enjoy talking to the call-center
workers themselves.
