aww, cmon, they're just rock stars. why re-mystify them and give them the same power that their most loyal followers do? no need for garden-variety populist railings against the rich and famous as elites. dylan was a genius as a musician, but that's about it.

"Gotta Serve Somebody"?  Dylan at his fortune-cookie-wisdom worst.  I find 
it particularly galling to be lectured on the Great Chain of Subservience by 
some wealthy fuck like Dylan who hasn't done anything but follow his own 
whim for decades.
