At the beginning of reading this, I thought it was good but I did not understand why Doug would ask the above question. Then, I got to the part where he quoted Habermas and I thought "what's gotten into this guy?".
Ok. What's gotten into him? Can somebody spike the water supply in Washington DC with it?
