I don't think it's quite there yet, but he is proving to be vulnerable. But the more he is pushed down to his hardcore base, the harder it's going to be for him to get any of his legislative program through Congress. Now he's got two Supreme Court seats to fill. If he had handled NO better, the resulting bounce should have given him at least a mini-honeymoon which he could then have used to get his two guys through to the Supreme Court. Now, I think that things there may be a bit rougher than he had been expecting.
