It sounds like the Gulf Coast might get "nailed" again even as the disaster cleanup gears up over the next few months. That commentary is a pretty good laymans primer on how global warming is affecting the oceans and atmosphere to cause changes in the pattern and severity of the weather of the world in general, and the Gulf Coast in partackular (sic).
