In other words, you assert that if the votes in Venezuelan elections were counted fairly, Chavez would not have won his elections. We all know that the thin upper-crust of wealthy Venezuelans hate Chavez. But why would any Venezuelan whose income is less than the seventy-fifth percentile hate Chavez? And whom would this < 75% Venezuelan prefer?
