What Jordan needs to explain to me is how, it is OK to detain Padilla (who has been found guilty neither of a crime nor of conspiracy to commit a crime), while allowing the government of the U.S. (which conspired and succeeded in waging a criminal war and in killing and maiming about a hundred thousand innocent people) to walk free.
