and clean-up, and hopefully,  it won't be anything near that...but there 
will be uncounted and unidentified dead, and many will make political 
use of death tolls...

but even if nobody died, this natural disaster was and is a political 
economic tragedy which will cost lives and dollars well into the future, 
and it may well be that we get a far more accurate count of  the 
dollars, rather than the dead...surprise?
