in case you are unaware of it, amtrak currently has a deal where they offer 90% off for the 3rd (upto 6th) passenger. we are planning on travelling from NJ to DC. would it be possible to find, through your organization, others in NJ/NYC who may wish to pool together to buy the 6 tickets?
if you haven't already done so, you may wish to post this info (about amtrak's discount) to your site.
