Actually I think that comment by the journo in the article was incredibly provincial. "That durn Galloway done gone and said the collapse of the USSR was a catastrophe. Heck no it warn't. I be a'knowin' that 'cuz that's what the Times of London done said. 75% of them dar Russkiis agree with Galloway, but that don't matter, since the Times of London said the opp'sit. Hyuk." (Apologies for bad impromptue un-PC hick dialect.)
