why the hell would you want to become a german ravi ? ;o) Actually I loved Germany, and France, countryside not Paris and Italy felt like a long lost home, p'raps i just love old ruins.

I'll kick your arse I will. The british are an embarrassment, their
history is of vile ignorant behaviour, soccer hooligans through and
through, stupid ill-educated louts. On mersey side there used to be a
radio program that highlighted the ignorance of your basic brit,
they'd ask stupid questions like who won the norman conquest and get
even stupider answers, you could be kind and say it was a cheerful
ability to laugh at themselves but no, they're just stupid. A brit
abroad is even worse, talk about redneck. They have made the same
mistakes in electing a liar twice and seem intent on rashly copying
all that is shit in the US economy.
Racism they have in abundance, along with delusions of grandeur. When
they're not being pig ignorant they're being snobs and when they are
neither of those they're toffee nosed fuckwits

the restrooms do seem to be cleaner farther south .

After our traumatic experience of our last re entry Ronnie called the powers that be to see exactly what we were supposed to do, turns out we don't really need to renew our greencards, they would like it if we would but it's not compulsory and he apologised for our tretament. So I can slip back into that state of inertia you were talking about. I've asked Suzanne if she wants to ride down with me Saturday.
Gary? ride si sapis
