Wojtsek, since I have criticized you often enough when I disagreed, I want to belatedly say that your stuff on transport apartheid has been really good; you just took some points that tend to get paid way too little attention and summarized them really well.

I want to comment on the same line in the BBC piece you linked to that inspired John Mage's joke

However what is limited are airports, runways, and terminals and gateways. You can build more of course, but you can build more track too.
